How fasting will increase growth hormone

Why does fasting(only drinking water and not eating for a couple of day) increase growth hormone?
We will first go through the steps on what happens when you don’t eat.
Day 1:
You’ll probably feel intense hunger since the hunger hormone ghrelin is produced more than usual due to the human body not being used to not eating that like,you’ll feel cold since your body temperature drops due to no digestion of food.

Day 2: After day one,insulin production stops and the body has fully started to transform fat fuel into energy by turning fatty acids into glycogen.
Your body won’t crave any glucose and fructose that much anymore due to the human body finding a fuel source.

(This shouldn’t be done if you’re very skinny since you won’t have much fat to burn and you’ll loose muscle mass)

Day 3: your body is still having the same process of turning fat into energy,the only key difference is that you would have lost 1,5-1,8 pounds already and you’ll not feel much hunger anymore

Let’s skip into day 5

After day 5 your body has probably consumed all the fuel from the fat in your body and is starting to signal that it needs food.
Your brain triggers survival mechanisms,increasing hormones like growth hormones,testosterone etc because the brain wants to give you energy to get a food source by all means necessary.


Do not fast more than 3 days if you’re less than 10% body fat!

Here's what should happen next, if my thinking and medicine textbooks are correct: because testosterone is lowered to the "baseline", negative feedback-loop kicks in Plasma testosterone levels are regulated by HPA-axis and many negative feedback-loops. Now that testosterone levels are lowered, hypothalamus (endocrine gland and part of autonomous nervous system) produces more gonadotrophin releasing hormone that stimulates the pituitary gland to produce more luteinizing hormone (LH) which is the major regulator of testosterone synthesis in the Leydig cells of testicles. LH greatly accelerates the ratelimiting reaction of the reaction-chain that synthetizes testosterone by speeding up the transport of cholesterol derivate to right cell compartment. The cholesterol derivate is used to make pro hormone pregnenolone. That's the first major reaction of testosterone biosynthesis.

In plain language this means that if abstinence continues testosterone levels will rise again well over the baseline and the same cycle begins all over again So your testosterone levels and most importantly your androgen receptors will increase more and more by every cycle. That would explain the flatlines and highs that you experience when on longer "streaks", bottom line being that all the time the impact that testosterone has on you will magnify.
Some benefits like better skin can be result from zinc that you save by not ejaculating frequently. It's a fact that the zinc concentration of seminal fluid is relatively highest of all human tissue. The HGH is used for body to avoid losing any muscle tissue, and fasting lowers IGF-1.

in turn even if true the growth hormone ages you, and the not consuming fat and cholesterol nukes your test production so you're just trading test for hgh and you need both to grow
 
Eating carnivorous makes fasting mostly redundant. Longer fasts are still good for aurophagy, but things like intermittent fasting are unnecesary.
