Yes ur high ltn. You can try accutane for nose if its only “big” cuz of oil yk. But any other things you cannot change tbh only w surgery or hgh.

ur a good mmtn not ltn bro. shitty health indicators, dye ur eyerbwos, fix ur skin w some ghkcu, chintucks and weighted neck workouts for ur hyroid. alot of subascous fat around ur nose, hydrocortisone to fix that. theres a good thread explaining it. u have a relaly nice base tho with some surguries u can be insanely attractive
