Waste 2 years of my life. Paid for a gym membership been training for 2 years no progress because in first 6 months I went once a week and only trained my arms.

Im GL and pretty normal person but somehow Im such a fucking social outcast with no life except university study (that is so hard because its made for turbo autists at my uni) due to shit I cant control like covid, rent prices, my uni being full of internationals who only stick to each other and so much other bs I genuinely think most people wouldn't be able to put up with the bs I have.
