how much longer do u continue when u rlly feel it in ur masseters? been chewmaxxing recently

also i think masseter pattern, basically chewing in forward vector/motion is better, u wanna minimise temporal hypertrophy and max masseter if u got good insertion at lower gonion otherwise maybe u end up bloatcel

some ppl say hypertophy temporal muscle will widen zygos but idk tbh @AscendingHero i think u have better knowledge on this, could give quick and short answer?

chewing gum is basically lifting light weights for high reps. chisell, mouthguard clenching is heavy weights for short reps. think its better and more efficient, but dont overdo. once u get tmj, can ruin ur life ngl
 
20 mins everyday my jawliner avanced.
I stop because I look like a bloated cuck, I need to leanmax before growing again my masseters
