You’re probably not going to meet girls in work, it’s pretty much all looks and luck based as most of them are taken. You also might fuck them but not date.

The main reason why looks is important is getting IOIs which then you can approach random women.
Having friends is very good, no matter what try to make a social friend group
If you’re close with friends they can help put you on, or you can meet their friends and can date them. If your cute enough some girls may try to help you get with her friends.
