how far would you have to go? 100 miles from nearest road? police have drones with thermals but ranges are not that high YET

harder nowadays... more roads more cities more population more activity, police resources bigger so helicopters and drones are going to find me........ ( typing this in a cabin on a slow internet..might take an hour for message to send.))
