-sleep 8h per day
- go to bed before 23:59 (except weekends)
- not using electronical devices for more then 2h per day (work/uni excluded)
- not using electronical devices after 8pm
- doing at least 30min physical exercises everyday
-not eating any sweets/frozen pizza outside social situations
- smilling to at least 5 people everyday
-meditating 10-30 mins everyday
- approaching 1-2 girls per week
- doing a constructive hobby (not related to electronical devices) 4h per week
- not jerking off more than 1x time per week
this for 4 weeks
this is normal schedule of non rotters btw
