also training it too much can give you jowls by pushing the skin under your jaw forward. its why so many roidcels have double chins despite being lean

Being lean with a muscular neck is such a blessing. For normies you need to bulk and train traps/neck even then it’s not guaranteed

Consistency is key , as long as your going to failure and training it everyday, 5 mins is all u need jfl at this mental mastrubation op . I grew my neck within a year
