If you think about it though to survive you'll have to by bottled water which costs way more than tap water. You'll have to buy fuel For cooking if you want hot food which will cost alot in the long run. It will be cold in the winter, I don't know where you live but it could get cold to the point where it's dangerous to stay outside. Aswell if you stay out for that long you will eventually have to replace Your tent. Also what about showering and washing clothes.It just doesn't sound worth it to pay for people on here to have surgeries. It's a nice idea but you should really think about yourself before people on here. If your serious about paying for everybody's surgeries just first settle down in a flat and become financially secure before you give out any money.
I was thinking about making camp near a few bodies of water for bathing and drinking. I don't really know what to do about the cold though, maybe fires (and cook with fire)? But yeah the flat sounds a bit more realistic, I still might try the camping though.

To me it sounds like you really need to focus on yourself rn. You sound like a good selfless guy with good intentions but you just haven't got your priority's right. Your health is more important than anybody's looks on this site. I hope your recovery goes well man.
