I started as a chud and became a chud again I started lifting when I was 13 I was around 5’6 220lbs and only had a background of skating a lot in my town um how I got to that point was random to me because I was 10 and I was decently chubby went through early puberty due to higher body fat and height grow and I was leaner but then I kept eating and became 220lbs and a chud so I starved all summer went consistently to the gym and ended at 170lbs around 20% which is a major difference of life in general when you lose 50lbs fast over the summer and yeah I started wrestling I fell in love with it and it kept me lean and getting me leaner and leaner at the peak I was around 185 and at 20% body fat just enjoying it and I competed at middle school states won and felt accomplished and one day I started pull sumo deadlift and then I fell in love with that to point I was skipping wrestling to just go deadlift? And at first it felt great getting consistently stronger but I kept eating this same but with a thousand calorie less of tdee due to not doing 3-4 hour wrestling practices anymore and watching what I eat and in a year and a half time of powerlifting I went from 180 to 280 and 41% bodyfat yea maybe I got stronger but at what cost im almost 300lbs at 16 and im only 5’9 I did my bloodwork and health markers im insulin resistance with a out of wack blood pressure and elevated ldl cholesterol with 237ng/p test levels and 93 e2 my grades are bad my room is mess I’ve blown through my saving I’m working at a retirement home I’m failing 2 ap classes and I’m dating a sub 5 because it’s the only thing I can cum dump into looking like this with fucking negrocotiiss on my fucking nose and arm with acne and a fat chipmunk face is there any coming back from this or should i genuinely just end it
