i found out my DNP was bunk, so i had clenbuterol and took 120mcg

i walked to the gym which was an hour away and back, instead of, which puts me at -300 calories in the morning (i left at and -500 as when i left it was 40 degrees and uphill

-800 calories already + -150 from clen

then i put 3 bananas in my bag alongside 2l of water with salt

this was my stack to cut so much calories

incline 15, speed 7 km/h (walking), i did 2 hours on 20m break and did this for about 13 hours and cut early when i realised that clen probs added more caloric loss

Cool achievement, but doing this is honestly retarded if it's for anything more than 'how many calories can I burn in 1 day?'

76 kg to 73 but i think atleast 1 kg is water

Not sustainable, and doing such intense and excessive cardio is not going to miraculously melt the fat right off your skin, you'll probably experience muscle atrophy, cause fatigue, fuck with metabolism, etc.

One pound of bodyweight is = ~3,500 calories, having burnt 8,000, and assuming no irregular eating patterns otherwise, you would have lost maybe a kilogram.

3 days =/= sustainable. You are also taking clenbuterol. Sustainable would mean that you can do this long-term without any inherent negative effects, the sides from prolonged clenbuterol usage alone would make this unsustainable.
 
Like, if your goal is to be leaner, this is not the way to go about it. Not sure whether you want to expedite results and that's why you're doing such intense sessions with such short intervals but this isn't healthy or safe bro.

Measure your blood sugar before and after burning calories next time, I wonder there may be a big change

yes, i expect i lost 1 kg from water and the rest fat, 1 lb = 3500 cal and i burnt 9k, + 2-3000 from clenbuterol

We should strive for Gigachad over Chad over Chadlite etc
Or its better to be 9 inches over 8 inches over 7 inches etc

Truth is, all of this is just a form of competitiveness that we have prioritised. And doing so, we have deluded ourselves from chasing the true goal. A better life quality.

High HTN- Low Chadlite will give best life quality
6-6.5x5 would give best sex
6ft-6ft4 is the ideal height

It's the same competitiveness we laugh at, when we see body builders, on every roid known to mankind, comparing their arms trying to see who has a bigger circumference.

Don't let other people around you or on social media who praise extremes, fool you. You are losing sight of the true goal.
Often the most ideal position is very slightly higher than above average.

Stop chasing extremes, it was diminishing returns 9000+ calories ago
