I have a lot of bone mass, but when I was a child I was very fat. I think I have a high body fat percentage for someone my weight, but I'm very thin. I weigh 59kg and I'm 1.82m tall. How can I make my bones more visible?
I'm doing cardio every day, eating lots of bananas, and using debloat methods (200mg caffeine, 1000mg vitamin C, those basic things).
