Hi guys I wanted to talk to you about how my skin has gone down I've always had a shitty appearance with a lot of acne dilated pores and pale skin red idea and uneven color


I stopped using cleanser (I only use it before the dermastamp) I would only recommend this to people who don't have oily skin then


as a supplement I started taking a mega dose of vitamin b, then I took zinc msm vitamin c collagen biotin Omega 3 a multivitamin selenium and to reduce cortisol magnesium aswaganda, then I'm taking astaxanthin but I wouldn't recommend it Young cel because it can inhibit the dht a mega dose of beta-carotene was a turning point as derma stamping


I used it for 3 months to eliminate scars 1.5 mm once a month Then I continued doing a session with one millimeter every two weeks as exfoliation I use exfoliating gloves when my skin seems to need it circulate once every two to three weeks I've also been using tretinoin every other day for about a month in fact I still have some purging it is a moisturizer and sunscreen
every morning
evening tretinoin and moisturizer and every other day aloe vera gel obviously I follow a strict diet mainly whole and animal foods I eat a lot of dairy products and meat honey bananas dark chocolate butter oranges mandarins I would like to point out that I still have a slight acne that is going away but I no longer have new pimples or anything else, it's just a matter of eliminating the ones already present

cope there are those who are genetically predisposed, plus they are in puberty and the thread is not only for acne but also coloring and texture

cope there are those who are genetically predisposed, plus they are in puberty and the thread is not only for acne but also coloring and texture
? You still don't need synthetic vitamins and minerals, atmost they are extracted still no reason to get pills tho

100% agreed. I have been on multiple things first but then shifted to tret from skinorac, maintain a healthy diet(not a very stringent one) and that's it.
