How I FIXED My Acne (EASY GUIDE)

^ I had this exact type of acne 2 years ago, but now my skin is completely clear.

So here's the few rules I follow to maintain it:

- No sugar completely, this includes fruits.
- No fast food (The bread has a lot of sugar, and other chemicals)
- When eating carbs, always eat meat or another source of protein.
- No spicy things

So it turns out, most of my Acne came from inflammation that came from sugar spikes. And the above caused it. You may have other triggers, for example my friend eats a FUCKTON of sugar and never has acne, but whenever he eats anything milk-related he instantly breaks out.

You can easily find out what triggers your inflammation by essentially being on an elimination diet.

In theory, you could still eat sugar if you eat meat along with it because protein slows down the digestion of sugar, which would even out the spike, but I don't recommend this since it's easy to eat too much. Also, there's a ton of other benefits from not eating sugar and it's good for discipline which I now many people struggle here with.

I also use a topical retinoid - differin which has 0.1% Adapalene. But I only use it when I know I'm going to be mostly inside the next day because it makes your skin much more sensitive.
