How I grew 5’7-5’10 in 5 days using spinal decompression techniques

now I don’t have concrete proof that this was the main result of spinal decompression but fck Its felt like months/years since I at least grew a couple cm.

heres a couple pictures from when I was a manlet(5’6-5’7)

The guy on my right is 6’0 so that made me 5’7

These pictures were take 1 yr - 6 months apart

This me now. This picture was taken this morning

so im know around 5’9 3/4 - 5’10

I can wear 2.4 inch shoe lifts and finally larp and be 6’1 like my king Sean O Pry

- drawbacks with spinal decompression is that u gotta do it everyday or else ur gonna go back to ur original height
