Wrist size increases with age. But usually it takes years and years of hard manual labor and heavy stress on the skeleton. Compare a 50 yr old accountant to a 50 yr old blue collar man. Yh that's what i thought. I know manual labourers get decent wrist size after a few years on the job but it's not worth doing for mer personally just for wrist size.Wrist size increases with age. That depends on your body type aswell, i have the narrow skinny bodytype and even though i ate complete junk for the past 10 years, i simply only put weight on my stomach/hips and essentially i'm skinnyfat whereas someone in the same position who ate the same food but had the bigger bodytype that easily puts on weight would be obese by now. i can't remember the specific scientific term but body type matters a lot, some people will easily become obese wihle others remain skinnyfat.
