How i lost 20KGS (50 pounds~) in 2 months when i was 15 (almost 3 years ago) [REPOST]

MY STORY
-

I was fat/overweight for my entire life untill 15, when i moved to a different city with different people and opportunities. I was a boxer and a hockey player so in my old school nobody dared to even call me fat, because once i knocked out a guy for saying sum shit bout my weight (completely incorrect) and after that ofc i didnt have any motivation to loose weight due to my reputation, however when i moved to another city with people that knew nothing about me, I decided to change immediately, and understood that fighting and being rude is not the only option. I started eating ONLY salads, small pieces of bread and barely ate any meats. My calorie intake was about 1200~ per day which is unhealthy. I was also getting drunk with my new friends for at least every weekend, however i couldn’t get fat from it due to the diet i was following. Consistently my diet was bread, veggies and vodka (funny ass guy). In 2 months of consistency i finally lost weight from 91 kg to 69 (i was around 186cm back then).
However
, I became lowkey skinny fat, not the type of skinny fat that looks like hes about to die and gets rejected by every girl he talkes to, but i was skinny, with a bit of a belly fat (ofc because of my diet). I will bullet point what I did with remakes for you fatcells to not to become skinny fat.
(im not a doctor!)

• Low sodium

• Crazy active (hockey, football etc)

• Lowest carb intake possible (only before sports)

• High protein diet (my mistake was that i didn’t
focuse on meat)

• Feeling that your weight is the only problem in your life and other motivation (if you have no motivation to loose fat, its over for you)

• Cheat MEAL , not DAY once a week
(for me it was vodka xD)

Nobody is asked to follow my steps, i just told you guys about my journey and here is how i look now.

6’3 is 190.5cm.
6'5, why is brother in looksmax.org, the 6'5 is already the looksmax, he will get all the girls easily being that tall

May I ask the height of your parents and your growth pattern?
my dad is 188 and mom is 172, i been drinking raw milk heated up w milk pretty much every day cuz my grandma was forcing me to, from 6 to 12, yall might think its cope but i guess it made a lil improvement
 
you slay cause you're 6'5, don't get it mistaken if you were 5'6 it's over
