I got a lot of good stories from the times I spent staying with them at her house over the years.
One time I made her think he was out cheating on her while he went to get the remote control for the television fixed. Put it into her head that that was why he was taking so long. After he got home she interrogated him and had him call all his sisters in West Virginia to tell them never to contact him again while he wept like a baby. Memaw's an extremely jealous and paranoid person. Then finally he snapped and loaded up a revolver, cocked the hammer, and put it to his temple again and again for about three minutes as Memaw begged him not to do it.
After he calmed down, put the gun away, and they made up with each other I went to a neighbor's house and called 911. Had the police come to the house and take all the guns. The object was to humiliate him in front of the neighbors. They live in an extremely WASPY neighborhood.
