This is a 8 month difference with proper orthotics

Overbites can be:
Teeth problem (just angled wrong)
Jaw problem (lower jaw sits back)
Or normally both

What to ask for
Ask for Forsus Springs and preferably Damon braces IF THEY ASK TO REMOVE ANY TEETH REFUSE THIS WILL RUIN YOUR FACE! sometimes very rarely you will literally have too much teeth if that’s why you’re orthodontist wants to remove any teeth then yeah you have to remove teeth but normally 90 percent of the time crowding is because of a narrow palette simply expand with a mapre pallet expander then get Damon braces for best result

⬆️Above this is Forsus Springs they work much better than bands.

The Forsus spring pushes the lower jaw forward while you’re still growing. It only works well if you’re still in your growth phase.

Tips
Daily practice chewing a piece of gum with your front teeth this will train your jaw to sit more forward

Chin tucks help

Always keep proper tongue posture 24 hours a day. Proper tongue posture is keeping your tongue at the roof of your mouth and just not touching your front teeth. no this is not mewing idiot. if you cannot fit your tongue on the roof of your mouth or it affects breathing you NEED a pallet expander. Preferably Marpe. (NO thumb pulling WONT DO SHIT)
NEVER EVER
breathe out of ur mouth Your NOSE is for breathing. breathe out of your mouth constantly ur gonna end up deformed. Also sleeping with mouth tape on can help because a lot of people breathe out of their mouth when they sleep they just don’t realise.

Chew harder foods. Focus on eating tougher meats like jerky, steak and chicken (Not just coping with soft gum) And making sure you chew evenly on both sides instead of always using one side. The idea is that balanced chewing may help develop the jaw muscles more evenly and support better overall jaw posture. It’s more about muscle balance and appearance rather than actually changing bone structure, and results aren’t guaranteed.

Posture plays a big role in how your jaw and overbite look. Keeping your head slightly back instead of letting it lean forward can make your lower jaw sit in a better position. Try to keep your chin gently tucked, shoulders back, and avoid slouching, especially when you’re on your phone or at a desk. Over time, better posture can improve how your side profile looks, even though it won’t physically change your bone structure

Thank you my goyims this was a very high effort post that took me a berry long time❤️❤️❤️
