Dont buy any shitty heightboosting shoes they are ass and overpriced.
Just get airmaxes or balenciagas. Those are the best kinds.
Easy 1.5 inches-2 inches depending on model
Btw this is a actual 1.5 inches most shoes who advertise it dont actually boost that much. Air forces only boost like half a inch and conzuris boost like 1 and they just have shoe lifts inside them
Air maxes are best since their nt, affordable, are versatile (i use them for work, school, and running)
2. Shoe lifts

Pls know shoe lifts only boost like half a inch they dont boost a inch or two or whatever the fuck they advertise. The only possible way to make it boost a inch or more is by buying a shoe with a really low sole and stacking them but there would be no point since high soles give better height since shoe lifts compress
3. Walk on the front part of ur feet.
Dont walk on ur tippy toes or it will be obvious but walk on the front part of ur feet instead of the bottom. Ive pretty much mastered this and do it naturally
I wanna mention posture but this shojld be water
