I know, first post but don't kek at me
Back when I was still deep in the "not paying attention to my looks" mindset, I used to spend most of my time indoors. Pale skin, low energy, always tired and depressed. Didn’t even realize how much that lack of sunlight was killing my vibe.
Then one day, kinda on accident, I started going outside more, not for cardio or anything, just walking shirtless when the weather was decent. First thing I noticed was the energy. Felt less dead. Not euphoric or anything, just normal for once.
After like 2-3 weeks, something changed. My skin tone started improving. No more that weird sickly look. I looked in the mirror and realized I was literally mogging who I used to be. Legit felt like a mini-transformation, just from being in the sun consistently.
The funny part? I walk past people now - mostly overweight, pale, hoodie-wearing types - and I can feel it. They avoid eye contact. I’m not even leanmaxxed yet (started with Retartutride 3 weeks ago), but just being visibly healthier than them in public feels like passive mogging.
Vitamin D isn’t just about supplements (even though you can gain a lot through them) but even just going outside and spending some time with nature and stuff.
It’s a mindset.
