tbh only raw liver and raw egg is worth taking everything else just cook it a little. I'm saying this cuz of taste tbh and raw meat has no benefit OTHER than raw liver. Raw liver also needs to be taken properly if you don't want parasites so you have to thaw it for i think 7 days or do something like that
