How I stay looksmaxxed while drinking frequently

Drinking is just a part of the college experience. I fucking hate going to class, doing schoolwork, and wageslaving. It makes me want to die so I love getting drunk with my buddies and flirting with retarded sluts. I may be an alcoholic at this point. I’m writing this hammered at 4am on a Tuesday night so bear with me. I’m not recommending you guys behave like me- I’m a fucking idiot. But here’s some tips to prevent getting looksminned by alcohol.

1. Try to get a decent amount of sleep. I know I’m up at 4am right now. This is bad to do on a regular basis. Last semester I used to stay out drinking until 4-6am all the time. Nowadays I usually try to cut it off in time to get 7-8 hours of sleep at minimum. Sleep deprivation is a major looksmin.

2. Avoid binging on shitty food when you drink. This might not be a problem for everyone but when I drink I get major Goyslop cravings. Probably because most days I’m starving myself in the name of leanmaxxing/staying debloated. So when I’m drunk and low inhib; I have a tendency to eat massive amounts of sugar. When I drink I make sure I have a salad with protein and some fruit to eat, as opposed to Goyslop.

3. Adding onto the next point, choose your alcohol wisely. I don’t drink beer or wine for the most part. Alcohol is high in calories regardless, but the best thing to drink is vodka / clear liquor with zero sugar mixers or chasers.

4. Hydrate during and after drinking. When I get back to my room drunk, I chug down a liter or two of water before going to sleep.

5. Electrolytes. If you get drunk and eat a bunch of sodium, take potassium chloride and magnesium powder with a shit ton of water before you go to sleep. Will help you wake up less bloated.

6. Stay on top of your skincare routine when drunk! It’s like muscle memory for me at this point. Doesn’t matter how drunk I get, when I’m back in my dorm room I always oil cleanse my face to remove sunscreen/makeup and then moisturize. You will get acne if you consistently fall asleep drunk with a dirty oily face.

7. Diuretics, potassium, and water the day after. The morning after drinking, I eat minimally, chug water, and use potassium chloride powder and dandelion root to flush out the excess water.

I lived that life for 10+ years (and still alive)... Basically what you wrote "drunk with buddies and flirting with retarded sluts" in a bars, clubs or lil parties here & there, on the street, boulevards everywhere. I'd didn't manage to completely looksmin even with this extreme lifestyle because your body can handle & adapt to shit you wouldn't even believe...

Remember to eat, not only drink beer in the evening, it leads to 'drunkorexia' when scared of gaining weight so eating poorly but chugging beer instead, it'll make you a skinny fat depressed bitch fast ( speaking from experience :whistle:)

How do u even do skincare drunk its so hard. Also alcohol worsens sleep by a lot so u wont get good sleep only if u take something strong for sleep

I just make sure to drink spirits with a mixer. Like double vodka coke or sprite etc.
Gets you fucked quickly, and you will remain debloated asf the next day.
You will never not catch me in the kebab shop after a night out tbh eating cheesy chips or some goyslop when I get home JFL.

Next day i usually wake up drunk also, head to the gym, have a very unproductive session but get cardio in. I’m not bloated the day after if I do that. I’ll only bloat if I drink beer so I never drink it, not even socially.

I’ve noticed after a night of drinking, I mostly drink Long Islands and Gin & mixers i’m debloated as fuck the day after, can I replicate this ?

idk debloat like crazy with furosemide, only diuetric that makes acutla difference is drinking a bunch of coconut milk with no added sugar and shit. Its basically like 0.5x furosemide. Its almost like it but just not there

Drinking probably makes you look less bloated the next morning because it dehydrates you.
also How much potassium chloride to debloat ?
Depends on how much sodium you ate. Sodium to potassium ratio should be 3:1 or 4:1. There’s so much sodium in food now that it can be hard to achieve that ratio, but I usually just take 3-4 grams of potassium.

Be careful taking big doses of potassium chloride at once, can cause diarrhea/general GI distress. And do not take it on an empty stomach, the acidity is irritating to your stomach lining and it can cause nausea with no food to buffer it.

Alcohol is a major looksmax. GHB would be a better alternative in terms of looksmaxing at least.

Lol skincare is just muscle memory for me at this point. Although if I’m drunk I simplify my routine a little- just wash off sunscreen/makeup and apply moisturizer and vitamin C serum directly after.
