How i stopped fapping 3 times a day

Its been about 14+ months since i started nofap and i wanted to share how i quit and had 0 urges to masturbate.

I had been struggling for years and would fap at least 3 times a day and yes working out and taking cold showers have helped me to get rid of the urge temporarily but the main thing that helped me is my mindset about the fapping addiction.

You need to sit with yourself the entire day and actually think and journal about what you're doing to yourself, you are literally using your hands to have sex with yourself while watching two people having sex together. Once you finally understand how disgusting fapping is and that the benefits outweigh the negatives you will eventually quit for good.

I felt weak when i was younger and was fapping always with porn unfortunately. Now after longer nofap streaks i wake up with raging boner and , eventually rub one out.

I believe there is sweet spot when you are fapping just every once in a while, bcz on longer streaks i felt like I had to dedicate a lot of willpower to not fap.
