How I’m ascending this summer

This post is more to get my thoughts in order if anything but here we go

This is the most recent unfrauded picture I have. Took about an hour ago, hence it is my starting point

Now my main areas I’m focusing on are my progress in the gym (trying to increase my bidelt and loose weight + obviously muscle mass) in order to help get lean I have ordered semaglutide which I will be taking at 0.5mg per injections as needed AKA a shot everytime I feel hungry, will probably pin 2-4 times a week if I had to guess. I’m also currently on gear but ordered stuff for my next cycle after a 3 week off when I finish this one, it will be dbol and test for 4 weeks followed by 8 weeks test and Tren ace. I’m also getting another gym membership for night lifts which is nice.

Next up is my skin which needs just a little work, I am currently starting back up on tretinoin and adapaline for fine lines / acne and sun exposure will help. To pair with the sun exposure I have 3 vials of 10mg melanatan 2 on the way since I’m pale. Getting tanner will help hide redness and make my physique look a little better as I’ll appear more shredded.

Diet wise I am going to try and consume 1.2 grams of protein per kg, I am 77kg so 92 grams of protein per day. As eating too much would be hard with high dose sema (I will have absolutely 0 appetite) so I will be eating hyper lean turkey since I can get a full 92g of protein in about 400 calories. This will allow me to gain muscle and become very lean very fast at the same time.

The next thing is my eye area, while I am using castor oil and topical minox + micro needling for my eyebrows and lashes I have also ordered long lasting eyebrow dye to make them nice and dark. I’m researching volufine and make a decision by tonight on whether I will order and use it for my eyes. Over compensating on my strong areas being eyes and nose may look weird but my weakest area is my jaw which I can’t do shit about without surgery.

Since I am too high body fat to fully see my jaw, zygos, and thyroid definition I’ll wait till I am lean and soft maxed (hopefully just a few months) and then see what can be done, it is a few months till I turn 18 and I don’t have the money for double jaw surgery but might try to convince my parents to pay.

So in summary: I am doing gear and glp1s, eyebrow dye and skincare shit, tanning, and waiting till I’m leaner to look into jaw/zygo/cheek soft maxes (also looking into volufine and where I can get high quality)

I want girls to treat me as human by the end of summer. Worst case scenario I want to be fully soft maxed for my 18th birthday so i can get surgery
