How I'm coping with being incel

I'm almost 21 so all my bones are fused and there's almost no chance at ascension because im also giga ND IRL. I'm 5'8 whitewashed and a deathnic with an average/below average frame no hope at ascension

1. Acceptance​

If you think you're an incel, just know it's probably not your fault. Nobody wants to be an incel, it sucks and if you have to fight your brain to try and gain the courage to even say hi to a foid then maybe relationships were never meant to be for you. I've accepted it's over so I don't stress myself about trying to work towards getting a gf or making friends with foids.

2. Libido Destruction​

I'm taking Dutasteride 0.5mg everyday and it almost completely obliterated all my urge to approach women or try to get into a relationship. You can also try nuking your estradiol with aromatase inhibitors like aromasin since estradiol is almost directly linked to your libido but it'll probably also make you depressed.

3. Gymceling/Roidmaxxing​

Even though I know I'll never be able to become a fitness influencer or ever look good because of my cuck 18" trained bidelt it at least gives me something to work towards. I'm excited for my first blast once im done leaning out with low dose tren and DNP.

This is a good thing to do even though it's mostly cope for getting with foids. What I've learned through my stupid incel life is that you need some sort of purpose in life to be happy. If you have no purpose then it's obvious why you might be depressed.
