Ears are underrated. Every trait must be on point if you want to be GL. I had shitty big pointy ears that stick out. Thanks god I fixed them with otoplasty but I feel that my ears are still large and there is nothing I can do about it.

very. small high set ears that dont protrude are ideal, and can make your ramus look enormous. large protruding low set ears will make your lower third look small and give your face a dopey look.

Otoplasty+earlobe reduction/removal will ascend every single earcel by at least 0.25-0.5psl.
