Models don't even necessarily need to look good in motion or smiling, they just need to be gl or unique looking. This is most commonly perceived as a 'striking' eye area. Does this mean they don't have at least two of the things on the list I posted? No. You won't find a SINGLE good looking person who doesn't have at least one of those features. It's not hard to prove, just imagine a person with the opposite of each thing on the list.
