Very important. But body means having a good frame, having a shit frame and lifting like an autist isn't going to help you. It's all about bones, and if you have good bones in your frame you probably also have good bones in your face.

People on here overlook body because Chico is 6'3 and male model, but if you're not a 6'3 male model than you need all the help you can get
