I do 25 mins of moderate to high intensity 5 times a week at the gym but I honestly hate cardio tbqh
How much difference does it make?
I walk a shitton but walking isnt cardio

If you're a framelet and below 6'2 then it is really important. You have to have good stamina in order to run away from gypsies or other subhumans that would try harming you.

It makes dick girthier and muscle building easier . I'm speaking about sprinting not the femboy jogging
 
for women cardio is useless
