How important is eye deepness (sumoning high-iq)

Hi guys, I have a problem — my eyes are bulging. I have 20 mm of exophthalmos and I'm planning to have it corrected surgically. I have two options: lateral orbital decompression, which could reduce my exophthalmos by up to 4 mm, or a Le Fort II or III surgery. The latter does carry more risks, but it could allow for a greater reduction.The reason I’m only considering decompression of the lateral wall (and not other orbital walls) is because it would otherwise have too much impact on the aesthetic proportions of my face — especially the ESR and midface ratios, which are ideal in my case.
My question is: what range of exophthalmos is considered aesthetically pleasing? I’d like to know how much reduction I should aim for in order to decide which procedure is best. Thanks in advance!

Édit: i know it highly dépends of the bone i want to have implant (supra drowp down and saddeled infra) but Even with good bone if my exophtalmie is too high it will look so ugly

Its retarded, doing anything more then leforte 1 is just plain stupid. Even leforte 1 has high botch rate, a lot higher then this forum says. You can implants to make them seem more deepset but more than that is stupid

Idc of the risk i préf ended up botched and try instead of dont do anything and stay with a shit Life where i Will stay dissatisfied and hate my eyes for the rest of my life. I dont ask in my theard if u think this or this is good idc of what u think honestly i was wonderning about wich range of eyes protusion is aesthetic so answear my question or go to another thread if u dont have anything to say. Bulging eyes are a huge failo tho, nobody looks objectively good with them and there's no way to cover it or make up for it

Ye i know but if the réduction needed is too high am almost certain to ended up like a cyclop and i have talk with surgeon that say that this surgery is a really bad idea if u dont have thyroïde issue

Do leforte 3 + implants and fat graft. Then it's solved

Their is alternative possible i can do a Lefort 2 and latéral wall od i Will have ofc the risk of the Lefort 2 but most of them are fixable with surgery but fix the issue of a fked iPd is only Obo and i dont know if anyone Will accepte to do Obo on u if u had a orbital décompression especially if u had the orbital floor and médial wall remouved

I know but try to reach the ideal is pretty greedy i préfère got less réduction but have the possibility to avoid a lf3 or lf2 if it Will look good anyway idc of having the idéal Chad eye deepness like Herman drago what i want is somthing that look good and wont hard nerf me. For exemple i saw a lot people say that Alain Delon have modérate deepness what does that mean, hé have moderate protusion or just the bone arround his eyes are softer ?
