How important is fat percentage really?

For a guy who has averge or normie tier bone structure, nothing really special, Ltn to Htn, how many psl points would and individual start losing from 25%bf and up?

Realistically you start losing once you enter 15% and above. Nothing crazy at that level but by 25%? It wouldn't matter how amazing your bone structure is, it would all be concealed.
