i would say a truly exceptional frame and height together would account for about 50% (1 in 100,000 people frame).

But you’re right you walk in the streets and everybody is just extremely dull looking and if they improved their frame a little bit it wouldn’t do much for them at all.

Frame is one of the things where it needs to be exceptional for it to have any effect, and frame and height usually function as one since your height technically is your frame bone structure.
