How important is sleep for you?

I mean how important is it? , I feel like when I sleep ,8-9 hours a day I get debloated already as soon as I wake up

I overlooked sleep for so long.
easy best softmax if you can count it as one, skyorcketed gym progress, looks, grades

Will the bloat from not sleeping go away through out the day
yeah it generally does . you can further reduce bloat and swelling from the routine stuff: low sodium, high water intake, cardio, mild diuretic, cold compress etc

I used to sleep like at 2:00 am and 11:00pm as a kid and used to wake up at 12;00am in the evening because I was depressed and I also didn't shower for 1 year and didn't brush for 2 years before because of how insanely insecure I was of my acne
