How important is the time of sleep?

How important is it to go sleep around 11 pm instead of being awake till 3-4 am like my ass. Both ways I get 8 hours of sleep, the difference is only the time im going to bed

It's best to sleep according to the circadian rhythm for better test production

yeah thats what I heard too, does the circadian rhytm change if you've been having a different sleep schedule for quite some time? Or its strictly the same?

No it shifts with age, it gets earlier
 
fuuuuuuck, it's apparently correlated with sunlight, if I was to wear a sleep mask would it change anything? :lul: @Mess
 
i just started going to sleep at 12 ish instead of 4-5 while still getting same amount of sleep and i have seen really nice to my face
