How is just every part of the left side of my body just genetically worse than the right side

My face

Literally one of my jaw joints deteriorated on the left side, my entire face just has less bone on that side too

My left arm also got injured while I was working, right arm completely fine

And now, my left knee is fucked up too, my joints, my bones, even my fucking beard grows weirder and more patchy on my left side, my left eye looks wonkier too
The whole left side is weaker, and just more subhuman it’s insane

the left side of my lip is thinner than the rightside and my left eyelid is droopy, i know how that feels
