Because the feds IP addresses are known to users on the dark web. Where you buy guns at. That dark web. There are moles inside that agency. So many registrars stay informed with their sources from the dark web. So when they see one of those IP addresses querying a specific domain, they immediately suspend it, thus making them go away. Ugh. Boogers. I said too much.
