I know I'm skinny but do I have any potential for gymmaxxing?
 
Hips a bit wide, but at least not a wristcel.

I think you have a really good base, go on a bulk and try to hit all muscles parts, there's some great routines on here as well. Don't stop masturbating because your forearms look great.

Yeah good base. Hips may appear a bit wide but its gonna disappear if you develop upper body.

I can add that I have been gymming a bit but nothing extreme. Although, I think that I'm not eating enough

idk for sure but everyone recomends to train lats and core. I did only calisthenics and gained about 7-9 kilos(was very skinny before). Wide hips almost disappeared. Btw yours dont even look bad, slightly widish but not a big deal.
