idk for sure but everyone recomends to train lats and core. I did only calisthenics and gained about 7-9 kilos(was very skinny before). Wide hips almost disappeared. Btw yours dont even look bad, slightly widish but not a big deal.Anything I should focus more on? In terms of muscle group
