is that like a bend in the spine? ik in one pic i’m leaning forward to flex my abs. but i went to the physio and they said i’ve got a hyper flexible bank and i need to learn to sit and stand with my back arched slightly and shoulders up. some shit like that
 
looks good. try LEANbulking to add some mass
a slight tan will also make your muscle definition look better

ur clavs got a tilt to them making them looks short, ur physiques is really good tbh, bidelt does grow till 25 yo (and can be grown beyond) but idk how true it is but I heard Reeve's deadlifts can help neutralize the tilt in clavs, making them look longer

my ancestors have all been wealthy but yeah my bones are definitely not great😓
They arent bad. Its just that bigger boned people are stronger naturally because of their ancestors had tuff work. But strenght does not give you more foids.
 
This is the kind of thing that makes me question the 1.618 shoulder to waist ratio cause every broccoli gym teen now has 2+ ratio

just what being really really skinny looks like when i’ve grown a lot and only put on a little bit of muscle. i mean i’ve been going to the gym for almost 3 years but have never ever eaten in a surplus of like over 200💔

What’s your waist and shoulder measurement?
i’ll check. do i measure from side delt to side delt at the front? (like not wrapping it round)
 
waist 22.8 around and shoulders 17.5 across deltoids?
yeah i just put it around my waist and looked where the tape measure met up. and then for 17.5 i put it straight infront of my shoulders at my side delt but didn’t wrap it around. just side delt to side delt

That gives a ratio of 2.4 which is actually insane. Narrow waist and narrow hips are a giga mogger trait.
