chest press machine 3x8
incline press machine 3x8
pec fly 3x8
lateral raises 4x8
shoulder press 3x8
tricep extension 4x8
overhead db extension 4x8

is this good enough or should i change something?

Switch everything to 2x8 except lateral raises you have a lot of unneeded sets that just hinder recovery instead of actually helping gain muscle

why 2 instead of 3?
If you read what I wrote the first fucking time you would’ve seen. But 2 sets per exercise (TO ABSOLUTE FAILURE) is generally better for muscle growth because it minimizes fatigue which will allow you to recover better and faster resulting in more muscle growth doing less sets requires smart programming usually though.

Chest press machine is likely doing nothing you could do some weighted dips instead as they would benefit your triceps and chest a lot I noticed my push strength increase a lot very fast when I changed one of my two presses I was doing to weighted dips instead incline bench and pec deck are great and basically essential though and the rest of the exercises are definitely good as well

yh i was mainly focusing on 3 sets each and 16+ sets for each muscle group cuz saw ppl talking about some studies that ppl should do 10-20 sets per week for each muscle group

Honestly 2-3 sets show no difference in muscle building u will just be more fatigued

If your pull day is right after push day it’d likely be best to only do it on push days
