He's completely natural, with completely insane genetics, and decades of training as a model. TRT ages skin, and runway models have to meet certain measurements which basically prohibit steroids, because especially having large lats, or legs will not allow you to fit in designer clothes.

At most he’s on very mild dosages. Clearly genetically gifted either way. Jeff seid took a lot more drugs than him and still looks quite young too.
