Im barely 5'9 and 180lbs but skinny, a bit of muscle but nothing crazy. Id say im kinda skinny fat but people still call me skinny. I can only bench 105lbs for 16 reps (only have 105lbs of weights) and curl 35lbs in each arm for 10 reps. I got love handles and a few rolls when i sit down but when im standing up i dont really have a gut. Think i could get to 220lbs fairly lean if i started hitting the gym? I work a labour job and eat a fuck ton but barely work out besides maybe hitting a few sets a week in my room
