I don’t get anxiety I feel drowsy more often than not libido plummets even appetite goes down a bit feel weak easily distracted

Whenever you start feeling too small or weak on a cut just lift your shirt and look at your belly/abs progress

Attempting to sleep while hungry is probably one of the harder things with leanmaxxing for me. It's a lot easier for me to delay eating until say 4 pm then to start eating earlier but to stop by 8 pm. The insomnia is nearly unbearable.

When fasted it's worse. Also goes hand in hand with worse quality sleep. Getting sufficient macros & micros it's fine there's no reason for leanmaxing to make you anxious as long as you're still exercising.
