So either my shoulders have grown like crazy, or I measured wrong the first times (the third time it was measured by a mate, then measured by myself, so more accurate, as we both got 21.5")
Small as waist, but getting bigger due to bulking.

Really good actually, 7kg gained (1-2kg would be fat), over almost 7 weeks now. Lifts have all increased substantially.
On LGD 10mg, MK677 5mg, Osta 10mg, on my next cycle I'll either do Cardarine + Ostarine (cutting) or just LGD (bulk)
