2018: severely depressed, low t, and in chronic pain due to scoliosis surgery hardware, BDD is rampant

2018: Found out about Lookism and started looksmaxing, but had to stop gymcelling for a bad injury
2019: I feel a god in the mirror and shit in photos, got back to gymcelling
