how fast can you lose muscle? I am pretty sure that you can lose everything in 2 months if you don't train100000% legit. If you don't have muscle memory you don't have muscle to begin with. Your muscles kinda deflate and shrink but the actual muscle is never lost. Muscle memory is just the growth of already existing muscle but instead of 3 years it can take you 6(or less) months this time because the muscle Niclei(butchered spelling ik) is already there
Muscle memory lasts forever yes. But you need to train consistently for a while in the first place. Depends on genetics and diet and activity level how much muscle you lose and how fast but I think around 2-3weeks of no gym you start slowly losing musclehow fast can you lose muscle? also can roids make muscle memory? and does the muscle memory last forever?
Lol, that's not what it means. Muscle is definitely lost. It's just that it will take you less time to build it back.Your muscles kinda deflate and shrink but the actual muscle is never lost
I haven't lifted in 6 months a single finger and I'm still 2x bigger than before I ever started gym I lost some size yes but you don't keep shrinking forever if you are eating wellLol, that's not what it means. Muscle is definitely lost. It's just that it will take you less time to build it back.
