How lengthen lower third?

literally just wanna know what I can do to lengthen my lower third vertically, no surgeries at most only an orthodontic appliance im still young if that matters

Try it, but ccw rotation is moving your maxilla and so your mandible to show more of your lower third and have a bigger jaw prominence.

No, moving the maxilla is not jutting jfl, moving the maxilla is permanent by applying forces on the palate, for ccw rotation you need to put a strong force on the front of your palate

Thumbpulling/orthodontic appliance/mewing can work in long or short term depending on what stage of puberty you are. I was able to change my bone structure in 10 minutes because I was late on my puberty

im 15 but im not sure, but about the orthodontic appliance, if a palate expander is to expand the palate and the maxilla how would it lengthen my lower third? or are there other appliances for that, idk if I sound stupid but im not very educated

Did you read? When you put strength in the front of your palate so the nasopalatine

You will do ccw rotation, ccw rotation is when the maxilla do an upward rotation so you'll have better support and better overall face. Do you even know what's the maxilla jfl

You can't do anything non surgically that would move bone.

Developing = creating new bone = moving bone.

You can't do that without surgery.
