How likely are botches during hardmaxxing?

How does one avoid them? Go for a better more $$$ doc with more cutting edge facilities? Have the surgeon be more conservative? Avoid certain types of surgeries? Anyone have experiences they'd like to share?

That being said, I've heard from other looksmax users when I lurk that it's about track record, not necessarily cost (apparently some just put up the price because their clients tend to be rich - not because they have much experience).

It also seems to depend of the type of surgery, there was a thread a while back about someone who had a botched nose job and other users were saying that he's not good for nose jobs but are good for other surgeries.

You have to go to surgeon who is specialist in rhino(for example)...you have surgeons who do all type of surgeries (tits,eyes,rhino,jaw)...and you wonder why he fucked up your nose,when he is doing tits surgery 90% of time and rhyno maybe once a year...he needs to do type of surgery that you need all the time...also if he doesnt share surgeries results,thats another red flag

Yeah I am seeing specialists for every procedure but it means I have to get multiple different surgeries instead of an ascension package and am also shelling out $$$...

Kind of annoying but I guess I want to avoid botches at all cost.
