How likely do you think a surgeon would suggest a procedure knowing that it will be a looksmin?

I’m thinking about jaw surgery in particular, because they can always say it was for functional airway benefits, but what about others surgeries like implants, rhino etc.

All of these stories about many surgeons being salesman is a tad worrying

thoughts on this?

my worst fear is the surgeon purposely not listening so I pay extra for a revision

talked to more than a few jaw surgeons who recommended a high lefort 1 advancement even though it will have adverse effects on my lips, nose and cheekbones

Some third world hair transplant doctors still do shitty multi-graphs because it's faster even though it often produces bad results.

Go to a reputable doctor and they probably won't fuck you up.
