I might be wrong about that. According to kwfarms, the immunity is from civil lawsuits from the people you ran over. The state can still prosecute you. I think you’re right tho, if you’re harassing someone with a gun on you it’s gonna be super easy for them to claim that they were threatened by you. And in Florida there’s no duty to retreat.
